Everybody in the classroom is a grown-up individual who is expected to know how to behave in a social setting. RECOMMENDATIONS & SUGGESTIONS Please do not cheat. In the case that you try to cheat and do not get caught: you are lucky. However, if you get caught: please act as a mature individual facing the consequences of his/her behavior. Do not negotiate or make up excuses. I will not take it personal as long as you can quietly walk out of the classroom. Please DO NOT MEMORIZE the course material. You are in the classroom to learn; not to memorize. Please do not expect your typical questions based on memorizing, in the exams. I do not care if you can remember the definition of a concept; but value your efforts to learn. Please do not come to the classroom if you are not interested in the subject. Stay at home and watch TV. If you choose to come, as long as you do not distract me or your classmates, you can play with your phone, etc. Please keep in mind that I am paid to teach you. Try to benefit the most. Please remember that this is not a course on English! I will not judge you based on your English proficiency. Try to do your best using your level of English. Please do not expect me to teach in Turkish. After all, the medium of instruction is English as stated on your diploma. HAVE FUN!
