Collegiate DECA is a student driven organization that values competence, innovation, integrity, and
teamwork. Student members major in a variety of academic program areas, with a strong focus on
entrepreneurship and business-related fields. Collegiate DECA programming and conferences give
students unique access to internships, scholarships, and professional networking opportunities. For a
Calendar of Events (dates and deadlines) go to www.collegiatedeca.org.
The Individual Leadership Passport Program is designed to provide members a guide for year-round
engagement, enhancing the benefits received from membership in Collegiate DECA. Activities are
categorized using DECA’s core values and guiding principles, in an effort to encourage a well-rounded
college experience.
Individuals who work diligently to fulfill the requirements will gain valuable learning experiences and a
sense of purpose in their mission as DECA members. Student members who achieve any level of the
Chapter Leadership Passport Program will be recognized for their success on the Collegiate DECA
website and at the International Career Development Conference.
