My new green quality service is to build a medical center in the Republic of Colombia, where patients will be well taken care off at a low cost. In addition, all the laboratory work, imaging, and all diagnostic examinations will be conducted at the medical center, so doctors and nurses may have quick access to all information needed for treatment.

As mentioned in point number one, the main objective of the medical center is to cure all types of diseases and illness. This will be accomplished by performing several medical examinations such as, blood works, x-rays, cat scans and more. Customer satisfaction will be our number one priority. Also, excellent service by the medical team as a whole will be essential, and to top it off all this will be done for the benefit of the citizens, which is to provide all our services at an affordable cost. The other four companies that I am collaborating with are as follows, iRphotonics, IVD technology, Panasonic, and

Republic of Colombia Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism . Since the goal of

IVD Technology is to help industry professionals develop, design, and manufacture medical products that comply with complex and demanding regulations and market requirements, I will consult IVD with regards to all my laboratory and imaging departmental endeavors. Next, Panasonic will provide the center with sustainable green quality equipments, such as performance and cost-effective preservation products, environmental chambers, incubators, and Panasonic Hearing Instruments which are innovative, user friendly with high quality sound. iRphotonic just came out with a thermal spot curing called iCure. iCure will be used to repair and maintain all the machinery to keep the facility moving smoothly. The environmental department in the medical center will be educated through the Colombia Ministry of Trade, Industry and

Tourism for recommendation on how to keep the nation clean. For example, how to recycle properly, how to deposit waste in the correct manner, and to make sure living creature like plants, birds, insects are not hurt.

Another major priority will be to contact IVD technology to assure our management team that all the products that are been purchased from Panasonic are of good quality, the right features to function as needed, reliable, long durability, and excellent serviceability.

ISO9001:2008 quality principles:

Customer Focus: As said previously, our number one goal in the company will be customer satisfaction. We will make sure our customers are well taken care of, and treated with respect. In addition we will provide the best service at a lower cost compare to our competitors.

Leadership: All the departments will have a departmental heads to ensure that all the objectives of the medical center are met. This will reduce the lack of communication, which will create smooth and an excellent environment to work at. Creating leaders will reduce errors in the service process, and as a result minimize cost for the company as a whole.

Involvement of People: Obviously, the services which will be provided at the medical center demands that I have staffs working for me. Doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, engineers, accountants, and many more professional workers will be hired at the facility. All these professional workers will utilize their skills, ability and hard work to provide our customers with the best service.

Process Approach: As mentioned above, the medical center is going to have different departments for different functions at the center. For example, we will have the emergency department, maternity ward, cardio department, finance and accounting department. Money and time will saved by dividing the center into different departments. Moreover, accident will also reduce by created departments, which in part safe lives.

Systems Approach to Management:

Continual Improvements: Since our customers are very important to us, we will improve our service in every part of the facility when needed. We will do that by consulting IVD technology on new diagnostic developments which will help us improve our services. Also, we will purchase new products from Panasonic to match up with new laboratory requires and equipment.

Factual Approach to Decision: A data-base system will be created to protect patient’s information. A statistical department will be establish to assist the management team in estimating the cost and benefit on every decision made in the company. This will help the company to react quickly to opportunity and also to improve customer service based on the data available.

Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships: Panasonic and IVD technology have a mutually relationship. Since Panasonic is one of the companies published in the IVD technology magazine, IVD can always recommend Panasonic as a reliable company to purchase laboratory equipments. This as a result, will speed up the my services.

company is to make safety a priority. One Sustainable and Green Quality aspect I found useful for my 5 th

company is to clean up all equipment after use to ensure a higher life expectance.

ElGalleon: The TQM lesson I have learned from the video, which I can implement in my 5 th

company is to have different flavors and variation in my company. One Sustainable and Green Quality aspect I found useful for my 5 th company is to be environmental friendly, for example to have gardens and green trees around my compound.

ElGallen-Restaurant: The TQM lesson I have learned from the video, which I can implement in my 5 th

company is to have variety of products for my customer to choose from. And also to always satisfy my customers. One Sustainable and

company was to make sure food served at the medical center is fresh, made from scratch, with vegetable and fruits.

company is have team leaders in every department of the

I believe a prominent company like Toyota should never have made such a great mistake as this one. First of all, the news will drop the sales of Toyota cars and one of Toyota’s competitors like Honda will have an advantage in sales. Toyota should have double checked all the products before bring it to the market for customers to purchased. This is an exact opposite of a sustainable green quality product. This mistake by Toyota could have caused many fatal accidents. I hope Toyota’s management will resolve such a problem in the future.
