critically needed goods. We are disrupting both the business and charity sector by creating the first
platform to provide an inventory solution to business, critical goods to people in need and a

demonstrate how our donor generosity makes a difference.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day to day inventory and warehouse
operations of Good360 and ensuring that logistics run efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the
Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Manager will work with third party logistics (3PL) partners
and the internal warehouse team to ensure the efficient management of the whole inventory
lifecycle and prompt fulfilment of customer orders. The Operations Manager will ensure that all
practices are performed in accordance with the Good360 safety policies and procedures.
The Operations Manager role is a multi-tasking role operating in a team environment. The
Operations Manager will be a proactive, forward-thinking and well-organised individual with
excellent people and problem solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE
Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities (no more than 10 key areas):
1. Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant Good360 safety
system.
2. Inventory management: manage the day to day movement of stock from product
donors through Good360’s warehousing and operations to order fulfilment, including
liaison with donor personnel, purchase ordering, deliveries, stock
receipts/adjustments, stocktakes, product configuration/repackaging, labelling, liaison
with 3PL partners, order fulfilment, logistics and after-sales service/trouble-shooting.
3. Ensure that orders received through the online store from receipt to completion are
filled in a timely manner, including the resolution of customer errors within order
management system.
4. Look for ways to improve warehouse usage to improve operational efficiencies and
reduce costs.
5. Day to day liaison with and management of 3PL staff and carrier partners to ensure
good service levels and productivity and good customer service.
6. Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service
delivery by the operations team.
7. Data entry on all of Good360’s technology platforms, as required, to ensure inventory
and order information is always accurate.
8. Supervise teams of corporate volunteers working in any of Good360’s locations
including 3PL warehouses or pop-up sites. Work with the Chief Operating Officer to
co-ordinate corporate volunteer days and ensure volunteers are properly briefed prior
to and during visits to ensure their safety at all times.
9. Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with product donors, charity clients
and external services providers and act in Good360’s best interest at all times.
10. Undertake any other activities as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.

 5+ years operations management experience, including experience in
managing third-party providers.
