Description of Business Environment:
Specific Job Description:
This position will be the 3PL Site Integrator for the International Logistics Regional
Warehouse located in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be the primary point
of contact responsible for the integration between all internal and external customers,
global sustainment and 3PL service provider. Physical oversight of 3PL General
Warehouse Operations including, but not limited to Receiving, Stocking, Picking, Shipping
and Inventory Management practices in support of program requirements under both
normal and expedited operating environments. Individual will monitor and validate key
performance indicators and provide feedback to the 3PL Provider related to performance
and efficiencies. Individual will also apply knowledge of SAP to analyze and resolve
system / process issues. Position will require Hazardous material training and handling.
This position may require travel as needed based on business requirements. Will be the
liaison between Core Logistics, International Trade Compliance, Procurement, Global
Sustainment, Program Management, Customers and others.
Required Skills:
Basic Qualifications:
 Experience with Warehouse Management including Inventory Accuracy, Cycle
Counting, Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Safety and Compliance Requirements
 Demonstrated Capability to Analyze Data, Establish and Drive Resolution and
Appropriately Escalate Information
 Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
 US or Dual US Citizenship
 Must have SAP knowledge
 Must be able to read, write and speak English and Dutch
Desired Skills:
 Knowledge of bonded warehouse material management
 Experience working with a 3PL Provider
 Ability to develop presentations and conduct briefings
 Capable of decision making with understanding of impact and ownership

Basic understanding of international trade compliance

Typical Minimum Education & Experience:
Ideally require a Bachelors degree from an accredited college and capability typically
achieved through proven professional experience. Will also consider individuals with
equivalent experience / combined education.
