The different levels are listed below: Level 1 –scoped by the user’s assigned entity and will not return any results outside of that entity. Level 2 –scoped by a user group (subset of the available entities within MFMP) and will not return any results for entities outside the assigned user group. An example of a user group could potential be DMS and all of its dotted line agencies. Level 3 – will not be scoped by a user’s entity. The search result will return transactions across all entities that match the entered criteria. This will be accomplished by creating a new permission and a new role. A new entity field will be added to each of the System Search pages. Level 2 and Level 3 users will have the ability to search across multiple agencies. This field will allow these users to return search results for one entity, multiple entities, or all entities allowed by their role. Level 1 users will only have access to their entity; the entity field on these pages will provide them with no additional entity options and will not allow them to choose an entity value of “No Value”.
