Job responsibilities
Business Development
- Maximize store sales and revenue by seeking new opportunities to improve core business.
- Demonstrate grasp of the business and conducted analysis on the market place and active benchmarking of
competitor business and brand activities.
- Perform an active role in the social contest becoming a referent for the Brand and local community
and proposes store events and other marketing initiatives in order to increase the traffic/business in the store.
Customer Relationship and Customer Service
- Work as a Brand Ambassador for the company’s image and style.
- Attract, develop & maintain loyal organizational customers at every opportunity and build a solid relationship with
priority customers.
- Analyze and use CRM data that sets the direction with the sales team to develop business plans & relationship
activities.
- Provide services that delights the customer and take actions within defined customer service framework to resolve
customer problems/complaints.
Product
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product’s horology (composition/style/origin) ensuring the highest level of
product knowledge of the store team.
- Provide feedback on products to assist merchandising team on planning future orders and buying.
- Keeping up to date on stock situation and proactively work with merchandising/planning teams on stock
consolidation and transfers, identifying slow moving stock and taking actions to drive sales and achieve sellthrough.
Visual & Image Management
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team to increase brand image and help in shop maintenance.
- Guarantee execution of Visual Merchandising Guidelines & Standards.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to analyze slow moving products and make VM changes to boost
sales.
Sales Management
- Manage the Store P&L, sales and margin, responsible for store budget and sell-out.
- Set monthly, weekly and daily sales goals with sound action plans to meet annual plan.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to react to market demands, determined re-stocking and maximizing
sales.
Store Operations
- Manage cash and inventory effectively
- Manage sales and service quality
- Stock room management to prevent stock shrinkage as well as to support the efficiency and effectiveness for daily
sales activities, ensuring store operations rules/policies are implemented and followed
- Consistently monitor, assess and improves store's merchandising standards through managing sales associates and
merchandising guidelines.
People
- Continuously raise the standard of in-store personnel, increasing sales effectiveness and enhancing the customer
experience.
- Manage and implement performance management and talent development processes, recognizing and rewarding
potential talent and identifying in-store training needs.
- Motivate and support associates to create strong teamwork, actively training and coaching sales associates to
