1 The purpose of the paper
The purpose of the paper is to evaluate how difficult it is to distribute installation of a
client operating system over a LAN (Local Area Network). This is however not
entirely obvious as the purpose is never stated and we had to guess or deduct this
from the text in the abstract and introduction.
1.1 Is the paper appropriate?
The paper is appropriately connected to the Computer Science field, (Men jag vet inte
riktig varför ännu)
1.2 How important is the goal of the paper?
As the purpose of the report never is clearly stated, it is somewhat difficult to judge
this. But if our deduction of the papers purpose is correct then it is a important goal.
Since it is very time consuming for the administrators of a large enterprise to
physically have to travel to every computer that needs to be re installed, there is
probably a potential for increased efficiency and cost reductions.
