The Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs (LCA) team has an
immediate opening for an experienced consumer
electronics/hardware attorney to join our legal team to provide
strategic legal support for Microsoft's Devices and Services
Hardware group. We are seeking a senior, highly-motivated
attorney to be primarily responsible for supporting IEB Hardware
executives and their teams on a broad range of legal, policy,
business, and strategic issues related to the design and
development of leading hardware products such as Xbox 360 and
Kinect.

Description
Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding experience? The
Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) division at Microsoft has an
immediate opening for an experienced employment-based
immigration paralegal in our Global Migration group. Under the
supervision of a managing attorney, this paralegal will assist with
the operational management of Microsoft’s PERM labor
certification program, working with our in-house team of
attorneys and legal professionals as well as our outside counsel
and vendors to maintain legal compliance and promote
operational efficiencies in Microsoft’s PERM processes.
The Legal Vertical Evangelist will work closely with upper
management in Microsoft’s Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA)
group in the planning, monitoring and execution of Business
Development work for the Business Technology & Solutions (BTS)
team and will function in a client-facing project or work-stream
leadership role with a primary focus on increasing adoption of
SharePoint solutions by third party legal firms.
The Business & Operations Solutions Team (BOS), part of the
Office of the General Counsel, supports the entire LCA
department and is seeking a highly motivated individual with a
successful track record for identifying and implementing

Manager for our HR Legal practice group. The HR Legal Group
supports the company’s ability to attract and retain the best
talent worldwide, and is comprised of the Employment Law
Group, the Global Migration team and the Employee Relations
Investigation team. Each of these practice areas has specific
internal communications strategies and programs that optimize
the client experience while promoting legal compliance
throughout the company.
