Call to Order/Welcome @ 7:11pm.
A motion to approve the minutes from the October meeting was made by Amanda LeFranc. 2 nd was made by Jim
Thorpe. Motion carried.
Statement of Treasurer – Amy Fradkin
October was fantastic! We have more PTA members then last year. We profited $1800 from the SaveAround fundraiser.
As of now, Haunted School has profited $1800.
Committee Reports IV.
Principal – Mrs. Pamela DeNeen
2 students from Dearborn High have asked for help on their fundraiser “Full Stomach Full Hearts”. They are collecting can and bottles, can and non-perishable food, and donations. 2 boxes have been dropped off. They are also collecting new gifts for for kids at Children’s Hospital.
There is a coaching event for Leader in Me on Nov 1 at Lindbergh.
We have been working on our School Mission, “At Lindbergh we Achieve Greatness being Leaders Everyday” which goes with our “Flying on the Spirit of Success”.
Every Friday we sing our school song which was written by Mrs. Baloga.
This Friday is picture re-take day.
Holiday Boutique is this Saturday.
Next Tuesday, Nov 17 is the Anti-Bullying Event.
We have had a scheduled and unscheduled lock down. Both went very well. The unscheduled was done very well with the help of the Dearborn Police Dept.
We have had 3 fire drills which also went well.
On Dec 1 we will have our school improvement visit.

Special teachers to turn in your wish lists. We are looking to spend about $330.

There is a sign-up genius for teacher dinner during confrences.

Dec 5. Is the Barnes and Noble, 5 Below, and Panda Express fundraisers. Will get flyers out for all 3 places.
We are going to be doing a Gleaner’s Food Bank drive for can and non-perishable food. We will have boxes throughout the school.
Teachers –
Mr. Murua bought 2 new basketball hoops early because of a good deal
In February we will have our Jump Rope for Heart. If we raise over 5k we get a check from US Games to get gym equipment.
Sign up for his blog, Lindbergh PE Class. It gives info on how the students are graded for the report card and also goals for fitness standards.
Also subscribe to the Lindbergh PBIS page as he chairs that too.

Mr. Hester is our new student teacher from EMU. He is a former football player. The kids are enjoying him and he will be with us until the second week in December.
He is also working on providing ways to earn leadership awards.
Mrs. Doman advised the tree has been planted and all doves were placed on it.
She presented us with a Project Proposal for requested funds for the DAFT.
We have a field trip to the Henry Ford estate.
4 th grade annual trip to the DIA is Nov. 20.
Art club is going strong.
Empty Bowls event is Nov. 23 at Park Place.
Mrs.Baloga advised the the 4 th grade attended the symphony and wanted to thank the PTA for the bus.
Concerts will begin on December 10and end in April.
Choir will be doing a few different things this year along with their trip to the Barnes and Noble fundraiser.
PBIS-Boo grams were a huge success at $925, cost was only $100.
Will be selling holiday Smencils in Dec.
Lindbergh along with DuVall, and Whitmore Bolles will be presenting a presentation on The Leader in Me at a board meeting.
Monthly PBIS will divide into multi-age groups and will get a 15 minute presentation. They will then attend an assembly.
Will be having a Leadership Day in May and will need parent and student help.

Yvette-still need volunteers for the Holiday Boutique.

-We have had 2 teachers, Mrs. Baloga and Mrs. Lybic attend virtual training sessions for the Leader in me. Mrs.
DeNeen aske to have 2 parents trained as well, Vanessa Mrktumian and Jessica Agius-Tracy. It will cost $450 per person.
A motion to approve the funds was made by Yvette Abela. 2 nd was made by Mrs. Baloga. Motion carried.
Announcements
Holiday Boutique is THIS SATURDAY 9 AM – 4 PM. Please stop at the sign up board to volunteer that day, help wrap the class raffle baskets on Friday morning, help wrap baked goods for the bake sale Friday afternoon, and/or bake for the sale. Baked goods can be brought Friday during school hours or on Saturday!!!
