Main Responsibilities: Building up and Managing Micro Enterprises Loan Portfolio; Managing the relationship with Micro Entrepreneurs on Bank behalf; Identifying prospective Micro loan clients, promote and sell the Micro loan Products; Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the field; Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments; Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments; Requirements: Ability, willingness & interest to work independently, in the field more than 60% of the time; Excellent analytical skills; Good knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting; Fluency in English and in one local language a must; Prior work experience in business an advantage; AGRO LOAN OFFICER LUSAKA AND EASTERN PROVINCE ( o o o o o o o o o o o 4. SME CREDIT OFFICERS IN KITWE (Ref: SMELO/11/15): Main Responsibilities: Building up and Managing SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) Loan Portfolio; Managing the relationship with SMEs on Bank behalf; Identifying prospective SME loan clients, promote and sell the SME loan Products; Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the field; Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments; Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments; Requirements: Ability, willingness & interest to work independently, in the field more than 60% of the time; Excellent analytical skills; Good knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting; Fluency in English and in one local language a must; Prior work experience in business an advantage; BACK OFFICE CREDIT OFFICERS KITWE (Ref: BOCO/08/15) Ref: AGLO/11/15): o o Main Responsibilities: Building up and Managing Agro loan portfolio; Managing the relationship with Agro farmers on Bank behalf; Identifying prospective Agro loan clients, promote and sell the Agro loan Products; Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the field; Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments; Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments; Requirements: Willingness and ability to ride motorbike in daily operation; ; Interest to work in the rural locations (Kafue, Chongwe and Chipata); Excellent analytical skills; Good knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting; Fluency in English and in one local language a must; Agricultural knowledge/work experience an advantage; o o o o Tertiary certificate or diploma in any field No previous professional experience required High level of integrity Ability to work independently o o o o o o o o o o o Responsibilities: Entering loan data into a banking system; Ensuring accurate, complete and timely record keeping of all credit data; Data storage management, archiving of loan and contract files; Supporting Agro, SME and Micro Credit Officers; o o o Requirements: Applicants must possess very good typing skills; Accuracy and speed in typing are essential; Experience with MS Excel is an added advantage; o o o Requirements for all positions APPLICATION DETAILS Please download the APPLICATION FORM from this website, fill in your details and send it together with your CV (maximum 3 pages) and copies of your educational transcripts to jobs@abbank.co.zm.
