• Comments on version 1 were incorporated.
• Version 1.5 was discussed with the focus group on Monday.
• All changes, except the rewrite of the mini-grants, were
included in version 2.
• Version 2 was distributed to the working group on Tuesday.
• Comments on version 2 are due on Thursday.

Role of the investigators.
• PI: overall responsibility for the management of the project.
• Steering Committee:
• Composed of the co-PIs and one additional representative from each
of the collaborating institutions.
• Meet with the PI on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that the catalyst effort
remains focused.
• Review the mini-grant proposals and select the proposals to be
funded.
• Advisory Committee:
• Composed of (the PI/co-PIs and) the senior investigators.
• Will provide advice and feedback when requested by the PI or the
Steering Committee.
• Will select the topics of the conferences and workshops and
participate in organizing these meetings.
• Will participate in recruiting new members of the RASLC
constituency.
