If you wish to apply to become a Full or Associate Member of the Consortium of the Retirement
Savings Vehicle for European Research Institutions ("RESAVER Consortium") please complete this
form in full, entering n/a where sections are not applicable.
The admission or otherwise as a Full or Associate Member is subject to approval by the General
Assembly and will, in general, be actioned at one of the General Assembly's regular annual
meetings.

Membership of the RESAVER Consortium is granted to legal entities rather than natural persons.
The legal entity is represented by a natural person who is qualified to represent a Member in
accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
This application for membership should be signed by a natural person who is qualified to represent a
Member (the "authorised signatory"). The authorised signatory may give power of attorney to other
natural persons (the "authorised proxies") to attend and vote (if applicable) at meetings of the
RESAVER Consortium.

Declaration
We hereby apply to become a Full / Associate1 Member of the Consortium of the Retirement Savings
Vehicle for European Research Institutions ("RESAVER Consortium"), established as an international
not-for-profit organisation under Belgian law on 1st October 2014.
We confirm to have read the bylaws and subscribe to act in accordance with them and the Internal
Regulations of the Association.
In case of application to become a Full or Associate Member, we confirm that:
We apply to join RESAVER2 and therefore apply to become a Full Member
Or
We do not apply to join RESAVER and therefore apply to become an Associate Member
And
We are an organisation employing Professionals, with our registered address in the
European Economic Area
Or
We are an organisation delegated to legally represent organisations registered in the
European Economic Area employing Professionals
Or
We are an organisation representing academic institutions or research organisations
without a legal capacity to do so in terms of employer benefits, with our registered address
in the European Economic Area
Note that "Professionals" are defined as professionals employed by research organisations within
the EEA and includes qualified employees or contractual agents of an institution whose primary
activity shall include research and employees or contractual agents that support such qualified
employees or contractual agents. By way of demonstration, but not limitation, this would be a
researcher, scientist, engineer, technician, or administrator.
