Accessing AIOM Software: **MAC Users: AIOM is a Windows only application and is not compatible with Macs. If you do not have a Windows computer, you may access the AIOM software in both Serra 205 and Olin 122 computer labs. When you visit one of the computer labs, please have your Torero "ID" card available as you will need to present it to one of the Lab Assistants to check into the lab and to print. Instructions for accessing AIOM in the computer labs: 1. From any of the Windows computers, login with your MySanDiego user name and password 2. 3. 4. Click on the Windows icon Select All Programs Click on Hawkes Learning Systems folder 5. Click on Operations Management 6. Adventures in Operations Management (AIOM) window will appear. 7. 8. Enter in your Authorization code and click OK Select your assigned AIOM Module *Important side Notes: 1. If you get lost along the way in accessing some of your assigned modules, you can click on the AIOM Instructions titled AIOM Inst Link which can also be found on Mad-Dog’s home page. 2. If you plan on using a friend's computer, your personal access code will generate the needed certificate with your name and module. Click here for more information on certificate printing and certificate completion, and code output numbers. 3. If you choose to install the software on your MAC, there are options. You may consider downloading software that allows Window applications to run on a Mac. However, there are no guarantees that you will be able to run AIOM. There are web sites you can go to download virtual PC software such as: http://www.parallels.com You may also purchase Fusion software sold at the Torero Store for $69.00. You can purchase it from the Tech Window to purchase. Each lab has staff available to assist you in finding and launching the software. If they are unable to assist, please have them ask their supervisor for guidance. They should all be trained to assist so you should never leave the lab without receiving help.
