• School Classroom – in class students will be expected to take notes, take part in
discussions, ask questions, complete lab exercises, and practice what they are learning

Extra help will be provided if homework is completed on a regular basis and the student is
making use of the online classroom. It is up to the student to request and schedule extra help.
If a student misses our daily class, he/she is expected to keep up using the online classroom.
Tests and Lab Reports:
• So that additional class time is not lost, make-up tests will be written after school at
3:15pm every second Wednesday (schedule is posted in class and on the website).
• Labs for which no write-ups are received will receive a mark of zero. An unexcused
absence on lab day will result in a mark of zero. Students who are excused on lab day
must obtain the data and submit a written report.
• Submission of assignments/labs after the due date will result in a loss of 20% of the
value of the assignment per day.
