and find facts. Students will read for research, compare/contrast, fact finding and summarization for
Violence in Society and Media Research Assignment. Also Number2.com, 4Tests.com, and
Freetestprep.com websites will be used as ACT review.
Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to….
- Become aware of the dangers of poor dietary habits and fast food consumption.
Writing Activities: Bell Ringer/Journal Topics: Students will be prompted to write about
particular topic (journals) using correct grammar and sentence structure using discussion board or
pencil/paper method.
Current Events Summary: Students will read an article on current health science related issues for
fact finding, write a summary and critique.
Flipped Classroom Method (Optional) Explain how instruction will occur at home.
