 Vendor management of an £10M contract; stabilised a failing Vendor (team of 30) operating on a 24 / 7 basis via a
series of contractual changes, at no additional costs to the client organisation. Providing support services to the critical

 Setting up the programme for a portfolio of 55 + concurrent projects ranging from Services relocation, IT
infrastructure, Web development. The value of each project ranged from £5K to £15K. Utilising MS Project for

Hired as a Release & Implementation Programme Management; working closely with business stakeholders to enabled
CfH to meet its strategic corporate objectives; reporting to the Cross Programme Release & Implementation Boards &
Directors.
Responsibilities:
 Programme managed and delivered a procurement transformation business change programme effecting 50 NHS Trusts
across England. Worked closely with each Trust to ensure that required business process changes were implemented
