Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) is the largest independent shipping agency
network in the world and one of the most recognized and respected agency
names in shipping. With more than 200 offices in 49 countries and 2,800
employees, the ISS worldwide agency network services a diversified customer
base across all sectors of shipping.
Today, ISS in the Middle East, South Asia & Africa is the leading provider of
agency services as Husbanding and Cargo Agents, Liner Agents, Freight
Forwarders, Lloyd’s Agents and Protection & Indemnity Club correspondents. ISS
has an integrated network of offices spanning the Middle East region, in the UAE,
Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar and Saudi Arabia

We offer full husbanding
services including but not
limited to Port In/Out
Clearances, Statutory
licenses in Oman, Crew
movements, Crew medical
attention, provision/stores
supplies, bunker
coordination.
Support craft – we operate
our own launch stationed
in Muscat, and have the
ability to support with
further vessels from the
Region.
ISS offers full bulk cargo agency
including logistics support. We
handle over 1mn tonnes per
annum of grain, clinker, cement,
bitumen and copper ores via
Omani ports.
Disbursement accounting:

DA within 25 days of vessels
departure, full transparency
with all supporting documents
and monthly statements.

leading Protection & Indemnity Clubs
providing expert local information and
advise as well as claims adjustment.
Our highly experienced staff maintain a
close working relationship with the
clubs, protecting their interest and
providing advance information on future
risks.
A team of expert and experienced
surveyors, including a qualified Master
Mariner are able to perform a wide range
of cargo and vessel surveys at all ports
of Oman.

Agents, Principals which goes a long way in ensuring required

Over the past two decades ISS Oman have consciously
employed and trained local Omani staff in operations and
customs matters, and now with mandatory local presence in all
customs and operation related matters, ISS are better placed
with trained Omani staff on their payroll.
