The ISS Lighthouse Relay Voyage The ISS Lighthouse Relay Voyage commenced 3rd February 2011 A major Corporate Social Responsibility initiative benefiting disadvantaged communities in all the countries around the world where ISS does business The LRV marks the 200th anniversary of the lighting of the Bell Rock Lighthouse The Bell Rock Lighthouse was built on the Inchcape Reef off the east coast of Scotland in 1811. This beacon of hope is now the symbol of the LRV. The ISS LRV is marked by the passing on of a symbolic baton from country to country around the ISS global network The journey commenced in the UK travelling to ISS Netherlands ISS UK will be raising money for the Batten Disease Family Association by means of a sponsored parachute jump In the Benelux countries funds are being raised for nominated charity Cycling for Cancer The journey continued to ISS Poland, benefiting nominated charity Dom J.
