– A two-day (May 5-6) conference within AUVSI for the
builders and flyers of commercial drones.
• DroneComm 2015 ($325-399)
– A new and unique conference (May 6) that is all about
connecting the dots between next-generation IP
networks drones and IoT.
• AETOS ($300)
– This conference (May 5) is the third in the series on
Unmanned Aerial Systems with applications to real
world scenarios.

Unmanned Systems in Precision
Agriculture 2015
• 76 attendees (after removing duplicate
registrations)
• Condensed format was generally appreciated.
• Biggest complaint I received:
– No vegan/vegetarian option on 2nd Lunch day.
• This is the 4th and last year Atlanta Chapter
will host, look forward to Tifton Chapter.

Tifton Chapter Formation
• Champion: Glen Rains from UGA-Tifton
• Atlanta Chapter (Jimmy Kelly and Scott Estes)
have started the communication and offered
to help get the chapter started with a focus in
Agriculture.
• First planning meeting on Tuesday 4/21.
