SUMMARY The care representative & Associate handles customer service inquiries regarding products, services and site navigation in a professional and efficient manner. He/she follows established guidelines to convert, retain, cross-sell and up-sell, as well as support VistaPrint’s commitment to providing world-class Sales and Service PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request Meets commitments to customers Apply the proper telephone and email etiquette to satisfy various customer situations. Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call / Customer Email Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone. Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication. Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects. Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation. Follow up with customer cases (Outbound call – Outbound Email) Escalate internal system bugs Escalate technical issues to the suitable Department / Responsible (Help desk / Shipment / Finance) Other duties as assigned.
