SUMMARY
The care representative & Associate handles customer service inquiries regarding products, services and site navigation
in a professional and efficient manner. He/she follows established guidelines to convert, retain, cross-sell and up-sell, as
well as support VistaPrint’s commitment to providing world-class Sales and Service
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as
developed) in a courteous and professional manner
 Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
 Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
 Meets commitments to customers
 Apply the proper telephone and email etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
 Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call / Customer Email
 Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
 Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
 Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
 Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds,
interruptions, and
unintentional disconnects.
 Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
 Follow up with customer cases (Outbound call – Outbound Email)
 Escalate internal system bugs
 Escalate technical issues to the suitable Department / Responsible (Help desk / Shipment / Finance)
 Other duties as assigned.
 Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
 Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
 Strong command of the English / French/ Italian/ Spanish language
2) EXPERIENCE:
 At least one (1) year of customer service experience
3) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred
 Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus
 Ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking
