Terms and conditions: 1. Make and specification of stores should be invariably furnished and wherever needed
illustrations/drawings/manuals should be attached with quotations.
2. Delivery period and validity of offer should be specified.
3. The rates should be quoted as applicable for supply to Government Departments and a
certificate thereof should be furnished.
4. As per rules, payment against pre- receipted bills in triplicate would be remitted within
30 days after receipt of stores at this Institute. The payment will be made through ‘e’
payment in your account.
5. Break-up of taxes, packing & forwarding charges if any should be given.
6. Prices should include supply, assembly and commissioning at site.
7. On site warranty for the period of 1 to 3 years from the date of commissioning should be
mentioned clearly.
8. Dispatch term such as FOR destination/FOB station of dispatch should be clearly stated.
9. The Director of this Institute reserves the right to accept or reject the quotations without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
