Anne Frank is arguably the most
recognized name regarding The Holocaust
of World War II.
 The Diary of Anne Frank was published in
1952 in the U.S.
 Her book has been turned into several
movies and a Pulitzer Prize-winning play.


Born June 12, 1929
 Hid with her family and four
others for 25 months.
 Diary she kept during that time later
translated into 67 languages.
 Died in March of 1945 of Typhus in
Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in
Germany.

