Many librarians use GIL Exact search. • Librarians say they use it in blogs, libguides, email reference, chat, and other sites; urls are permanent. • Half the librarians surveyed use it in classes; advanced search may increase use. • Many have not seen students using it; librarians who use it in classes say, “YES!
