your writing
• Fill Out as much information as you can
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Date
and vehicle mileage are important for any
future warranty claims

• If you are not sure what to include ASK
• Filling in too much information is never a
problem.
Concern:

• Question the customer until you are sure you know
why the car is in the shop.

recharged. After talking you find they really want
it fixed so the battery doesn’t keep going dead.
