CHALLENGES
◦ NSO do not have enough technical capacity to analyse
policy related issues, and hence
◦ Reliance on external technical staff and consultants
which is expensive;
◦ Limited knowledge on partners from MDAs on Census
data analysis;
◦ In depth analysis need data from other source/survey
but reference date and methodology may be different
(e.g Fertility (CEB Vs Birth History in DHS).
