Design and implement programs and plans that support reward and recognition.
Responsible for presenting annual recommendations for staff salaries and benefits
packages. (merit increase, salary increments, performance bonus and profit sharing
scenarios)
Check all financial analysis needed for the grades and salaries presented to Bank
management.
Assist in preparing Staff expenses annual budget.
Insure and Implement salary and short/long-term incentive plans, including
management initiatives and equity-based compensation.
Conducting Salary & Benefit Surveys with a comprehensive analysis ensuring
external equity and maintain bank’s competitive market place.
Assures proper new hires packages study.
Leading research and analytical insight for projects related to workforce strategy and
planning, partnering with the other units in HR to determine impact and connecting
enterprise objective and strategy.
Develop comprehensive and detailed projects with timelines and deliverables focused
on result (ex. McKinsey four years forecast, job evaluation project, competency
framework project, Succession Planning).
Advice and support business areas in designing and implementing their organization
charts and job descriptions.
Identify the organizational gap and assist in career development issues.
Monitor organization charts and job description inventory clear and updated.
Participate in job evaluation project and its results analysis. As well as acts as one of
the JE panel members.
Participate in negotiation of agreements with third parties for administration of new
projects.
Partnering with training & development department in the execution of projects such
as succession planning, competency framework and assessment centre.
Conduct extensive promotion analysis to ensure the eligibility of proposed
candidates.
