Travel Plan for 958 Great West Road
• Comprehensive travel plan in place for the entire building
• Prior to opening in October 2009:
o Contributed £275k towards improvements in the pedestrian, cycling
environment and infrastructure in the vicinity of the site
o Contributed £250k towards the improvement of the H91 bus service and bus
stop infrastructure on Great West Road in the vicinity of the site
o Contributed £20k towards on the cost of on-street parking control measures
and traffic management in the surrounding residential areas
o Provision of onsite secure, covered cycle parking for 32 cycles
o A commitment to continually survey, analyse and act on the travel
requirements of the staff

Formulation and implementation of an effective Car Park Management plan for AQR
Assembly of relevant public transport information for dissemination to clients and
incorporation into event literature
The promotion of public transport as an alternative to car travel
Provision of organised coach travel or multi-occupancy private transfer vehicles
Promotion of multi occupancy travel; taxi or car-sharing
Promotion of cycling
Agreement of travel arrangements in advance with clients and incorporation of details
into written hire contract
Complete management of suppliers and their vehicles
