Company limited by guarantee No 1619253 Purpose of Job The job holder will be responsible for supporting the London and South East Regional Manager and team in the implementation and delivery of Mosaic’s mentoring programmes across the region. Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities: To support the day to day implementation and coordination of Mosaic’s programmes and other activities in the region including: The recruitment of mentors, including online expressions of interest and providing support to those mentors as they move through their Mosaic journey Maintain Salesforce and associated databases for the management of volunteers, including responding to mentor interest Coordinating mentor training, where appropriate, working with Mosaic’s professional training provider Ensuring all mentors’ DBS clearances are administered locally Liaison with University visit and Graduation, and World of Work, host venues, speakers and catering to ensure events are good quality Gathering regular feedback and impact assessment paperwork All administrative duties commensurate with the programme and the role. Ensure that health and safety requirements are met in the areas for which the jobholder is responsible.
