1. Implement community mobilization activities according to plan.
2. Assisted in Finalizing and sharing District Action Plan and district implementation plan
3. To assisted SCMO Organizing Mega and local events for MNCH /FP
4. To assist SCMO’s in meeting and sharing of quarterly District Action Plans with Health
Department at District level

JOB DISCRIPTION IN AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AS A District Advocacy
Coordinator
DAC is responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of project
activities in the district in close collaboration with Health department. Arrange
advocacy events such as advocacy forums and advocacy seminars at district level.
Develop detailed implementation plan for smooth and timely implementation of the
project activities at district and sub-district level in consultation with Project Manager.
The incumbent is responsible for collection, recording, analyzing and reporting data
related to the project activities.
 Responsible for co ordination and planning& implementation of project
activities
 Arrange advocacy seminars for the awareness of community by the laisan of
health department at community level, maintain dialogue forum at dist level
to raise the voice of marginilizwd women at provincial level
 Maintain liaison with other stake holders like health department
,media,other NGOs and Ingos,Education department etc .
 Training in which relating departments are involved like LHVs ,Dr,Nurses
LHWs Teachers
 Collection recording analyzing and reporting data related to the project
activities .
 Carry out regular supervision and monitoring evolution of the project
activities.
 Co ordinate with other partners
 Keep financial track of all project activities and ensure documentation and
receipts of all financial activities
 Any other task assigned by project manager


