Working in silos, and creating ‘unique programs’ have created challenges for nonprofits to fully take advantage of our programs, while adding unnecessary cost and inefficiencies. Hopefully, the days of working in silos and ‘going it alone’ are over. This session will provide insight into the collaborative movement in our industry among companies that are now sharing challenges and working on solutions. Microsoft, Boeing, and Tech Soup have teamed up to bring companies across the US together to discuss Employee Engagement challenges and work together on solutions.
