The course will cover main human resources functions in organizations
Today human resources play a role as a main competitive advantage of modern organizations.
However, at the same time managing people has its own difficulties.
For this reason, the main objective of this course is to introduce students the Concept of Human
Resources Management and its main principles. The students will get familiar with human
resources roles within the organizations and main HRM practices. The course will give an
overview for planning, resourcing, and retaining an building a competitive advantage through
human resources in organizations.
By the end of the course students should be able to
