Adolf Hitler, leader of the Nazi Party had been bought up in a family and country following the characteristics of autocracy. This instigated his strong belief in sole power over his country and party, from birth Hitler had been raised to believe he was saved for an “important reason” perhaps to lead as he was the first of his mother’s children have survived birth. He attended a catholic school and wished to become a priest displaying his self-belief and need to be lead, Hitler’s parents were very traditional, his father was in charge of the house and controlled him and his mother very strictly. Germany too, had a strong predisposition to autocratic systems of government. For thousands of yeas it had been ruled by one individual person and his party and this had always succeeded seeing the people happy. Democracy was introduced to Germany as they began to fall to the recession and power of its opposing nations. As world war I ended Germany was forced to sign the Treaty of Versailles crippling the nation, they were forced to give yup all overseas colonies, 13.5% of land, pay huge reparations and more. The country was thrown into huge turmoil over this as democracy was first being introduced, this was an easy blame for Germany’s failure in the war. The Nazi Party was seen to save Germany. It helped bring back Germany from Notes such harsh times. They offered the Germans stability and bought a strong government which they had always been used to. With the Nazi Party in power many things began to change. With Nazist beliefs the Nazi’s began pinpointing the Jewish community along with gays, and blacks for Germany’s problems. German people found it easier to have a “scapegoat” and somebody to blame so went along with their propaganda and beliefs. This saw the creation of six concentration/works camps in Germany and its neighbouring countries. They were original created as a place to accommodate the “undesirables” and separate them from the pure German people however from 1942 to 1945 they became death camps for over six million Jews. With experiments begin undertaken and mass gassings and shootings taking place the German government of the Nazi’s were in full control and well underway to creating their puppet Germany. As a result of the Nazi party’s radical plans and action would war two began in 1939. Hitler wished for more living space for his people and power for his nation so began invasions on Czechoslovakia, Poland, Austria and other neighbouring countries. The allied countries included Britain, France and their tie and later included America and Russia also. World war two lasted six years and finally saw the fall of the German Nazis party in 1945. Millions of people were affected but he Nazi Party and their plans and actions against Germany’s Jewish people and the world. Many ruling countries such as Britain and America joined the war against the Nazi’s which to this day still has its effects on veterans, their families and the innocent people that were affected by the Nazi’s greed.
