HOW TO USE UTS ONLINE STUDY ON COMPUTER AND LAPTOP

How to get Your UTS Account
1. Go to http://www.acet.edu.vn/en/uts-info.html
2. Enter your ACET student id
3. Enter your date of birth (in format dd/mm/yy)
4. Press ‘Login Details’, the web page will show you a UTS Student Number (in the format
6xxxxxx). This is the Username to login UTS Online Study
5. Keep this number and press this link ‘Please click here to activate your account’ to
activate your account.
II. How to Activate Your UTS Account
1. To begin the account activation, enter your INSEARCH student number, given name, family
name, and date of birth (in the format dd/mm/yy). Then press ‘Continue’.
2. Read the UTS IT Facilities policies. Once you have finished check the tick boxes and click
on ‘I agree to the above statements’
UTS IT Support Staff may need to identify you over the telephone (for example, if you forget your
password). In order to do this, they will ask you to answer one or more of your Security Questions.
Your security questions can also be used to reset your password online if you forget it.
3. The Account Activation process will ask you if you wish to forward your emails to another
email account. This is not the preferred method of setting up your email forwarding therefore
select ‘I will read my UTS email on a regular basis’. The optimal method of setting up email
forwarding is in Section 5.2 of this guide.
4. The final step of the process is setting your new password. Your password must be 6 to 8
characters long and contain one number or letter.
5. Once your password has been set you should see the below screen. Click on ‘Go to
MyAccount’ to complete the process.
III. How to login UTS Online Study
1. Go to http://online.uts.edu.au
2. Enter Username (this is your UTS student ID at the first step)
3. Enter Password (use the same password you entered at the second step)
4. Then press ‘Login’
