How the compensation system works.
Once joined as an Independent Distributor , you have many ways of
enhancing your income.
There are nine ways of augmenting your income.
1. Retail Profit:
Once you become a fully qualified Distributor, You can buy products at a
discount between 10 to 20% . The difference between your purchase price
and MRP is your retail profit.
2. Bulk Purchase Profit:
As a potential Distributor with good retail customers, you may buy BULK
PACKS at Bulk purchase price at a discount between 20 to 35 %.
3. Dual Team matching bonus: This is given on the business volume placed
by your entire team WINNO and team ACTIVA. The business BV is matched
(paired) and , on matching BV commission is paid out.
4. Spill group bonus:
In your Team Winno and Team ACTIVA you can sponsor only one Distributor
directly under you in each team. When you Sponsor beyond that, (third,
fourth and so on ..) they are called Spill Group Sponsors. You can Sponsor
any number of sponsors under you in your spill group at any depth in any of
your team.
When your direct spill group sponsor earns a payout, you shall get 5 % from
their earning (First level sponsor) and 3 % earning from their immediate
sponsors (Second level Sponsor) earning and 2% earning from their next
level (Third level) sponsor’s earning. This is available to you indefinitely,
whenever they are paid commission.
5. Immediate Single Team Check Match Bonus:
From your first enrolled 2 distributors ( one in Team Winno, and
another in Team ACTIVA) if any one of them earns a payout, you shall
get 5 % from their earning (First level sponsor) and 3 % earning
from their immediate sponsors (Second level Sponsor) earning
and 2% earning from their next level (Third level) sponsor’s
commission. This is applicable if you are not getting any dual
team matching income.

Terminolgy explained:
Dual Team: Team Winno and Team Activa ,two teams you would be
building, i.e dual team.
Sponsor: A distributor who refer a distributor in to his team.
Sponsor ID. Independent Distributor’s code No. to be used when you
sponsor a person under you. Your Distributor ID serves the purpose of
Sponsor ID also when you recruit a team under you.
Placement ID. Every New Distributor while joining would be placed under
a Distributor. That existing distributors ID is placement ID for the sign in
Distributor.
Terminolgy (Continued…):
Business period. Weekly . Starts at 00.00 hours on Wednesdays and closes
at 23.59 hours of next Tuesday.
Pay out: Any commission payable to an Independent Distributor as per the
commission eligibility criteria.
Awards & Rewards: Any consideration, grand, or recognition given to
distributors for meeting respective performance criteria of business.
When commission is paid: For the completed business period, commission
is paid before the next business cycle. i.e next Tuesday.
Rewards and awards : Periodically awarded every Half yearly.
