scheduling. Supervised eight watch teams that monitored and schedule air and surface military
operations, ensuring the military operations didn’t conflict with other military or civilian operations.
Qualified Area Coordinator. Responsible for scheduling of units in Virginia Capes Operating Area
(VACAPES OPAREA) and real time firing exercises. Monitored Common Operation Picture to
ensure all units operating in VACAPES OPAREA were reporting in accordance with Second Fleet
Operational Task Common Operation Picture.
Acted as the liaison between the Coast Guard, Navy and civilian authorities during emergencies and
