Your Group’s Goal
• You and your group have to explore the different
roles in the lemonade business. Once you have done
research on your individual role, each group must
collect the information to build a lemonade stand.
Each group in the class is receiving a $5 budget to
gather all the supplies you need for a successful
business. At the end of the project, we will have a
class discussion to determine what things helped
your lemonade stand make a profit, and what things
can be improved if asked to join another marketing
business similar to this project.
Who’s Who? You Pick.
• Certified Accountant:
• Must be good with numbers and keeping track of the money account.
• Advertising Department:
• GETS THE PEOPLE TO BUY!
• Marketing Manager:
• Helps other group members to make sure everyone
is in agreement with what the business plan
to make the best profit..
Let’s Go To Work!
• Individually, visit the
ClassBrain website (link
found on the resource page)
and play the virtual game.
• Each group member must
research and know their role
as if it were each individuals
career job, because it is! We
will have to teach each other
about each role so you all
may switch roles at least
oonce when you are selling
lemonade.
• As a group, design a game
plan to have the most
successful lemonade stand.
Keeping your group’s $5
budget in mind, your game
plan must include:
• Some kind of
advertisement/logo
• What products you will
buy
• Money management
system (how to keep track
of money going out on
lemonade products, and
coming coming in)
• Lemonade stand location
and why you choose this
location
