A 3.2. Part Identification Number (PIN) Upon successful screening and qualification, Microcircuits shall be identified with the MIT part number. 3.3 Electrical Performance Characteristics The absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics shall be as specified in MKI Document 37-99010.01 for the AD8038 device. 3.4 Package And Terminal Connections The package and terminal connections shall be as specified in MKI Document 37-99010.01 for the SC70 package. 4.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Screening All microcircuits for qualification and flight shall be screened per NASA EEE-INST-002, Section M4, Table 2, for level 2 microcircuits. Serialization is required. For the burn-in requirement, only the static stress, MIL-STD-883, Method 1015, condition B, is required. Burn-in shall be performed at Tj = 125°C, for 160 hours minimum. Static burn-in shall be performed at the operating supply voltage +5V/-5V. Biasing conditions including the value of RL shall be selected to assure that the junction temperature shall not exceed Tjmax specified for the device type. 4.2 Qualification Sample microcircuits shall be subjected to NASA EEE-INST-002, Section M4, Table 3, for level 2 microcircuits. C-SAM inspection performed during screening shall satisfy the same requirement in qualification. For the HAST requirement, only the unbiased stress condition is required. 4.3 Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) An internal destructive examination shall be performed in accordance with section 5.0 of PEM-INST-001. Refer to GSFC S-311-M-70. Sample size shall be five (5) pieces. 3 37-99010, Rev. A 4.4 Measurement Parameters The following parameters shall be measured: DC tests o Input Offset Voltage o Input Bias Current o Common-Mode Rejection Ratio o PSRR (-Supply and +Supply) o Quiescent Current per Amplifier AC tests o -3dB Bandwidth o Slew Rate 4.5 Test Failures In the event of a failure confirmation, notify MKI Mission Assurance. The failed part shall be isolated, identified with test failed, and returned to MKI for further action. 4.6 Parts Disposition All parts shall be returned to MKI, clearly identified, and appropriately packaged. Data must likewise be delivered to MKI and identified by test and disposition. 5.0 PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging Requirements Completed parts shall be packaged, packed and protected for prompt and safe shipment to MKI for immediate use. Tape & Reel packing is preferred. 6.0 NOTES 6.1 Approved Source Of Supply Microcircuits to be screened and qualified, as described herein, shall be purchased from Analog Devices, Inc. or its authorized distributor. 6.2 Procurement Microcircuits shall be sourced from one manufacture lot date code, less than two years old. The procurement part number is AD8038AKSZ. 4 37-99010, Rev. A
