what is marketing?

“Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and
processes for creating, communicating,
delivering, and exchanging offerings that have
value for customers, clients, partners, and society
at large.”

 method of payment – cash, bank card,
paypal, personal check, invoice, online

 what is most important is the value perceived by
the customer – price can influence this value.

 what is most important is the consumer’s perception
from the choices that marketers make with regard
