90-Day Storage Area: Old construction material being demoed may contain hazardous materials (e.g. dry wall: asbestos, paint: lead, electrical: PCB ballasts)
Asbestos Management may only require Asbestos Awareness training.
Infrastructure, non-surface features.
Electrical projects outdoors may require excavations and therefore a dig permit.
Pre-Demolition is conducted by the GSA PM, report of findings given to contractor.
Facility Solid Waste Management pertains to the removal of trash from office areas.
Roofing: Old roofing may contain asbestos and the flange or trim heavy metals.

• Less toxic products (i.e., cleansers, paints, solvents,
pesticides, herbicides, etc.)
