Welcome Back!
2015 was an amazing year, here are just a few of the wonderful
highlights from it: whole school Love Dance show, performing at the
O2 London, performing at Drayton Manor, preparing for exams and
then dancers finished off the year with a Christmas Cabaret Show.
2016 is set to be just as good if not better! To
keep up to date please follow the dance school
on any of our social media platforms or visit the
school website, which is regularly updated.
January Class Sale – One Week Only! On the
below dates classes will be at the reduced price
of: 4th, 6th, 7th & 9th Jan. 1/2hr £2. 3/4hr £3. 1hr
£4. Please adjust your fees accordingly. I will be unable to provide
credit or send out reminders if you do not alter your own fees.
Uniform - General uniform items can be ordered whenever
required and are all exchangeable if the sizing is not right. Only
uniform that has the AGSOD logo on it has to be ordered in bulk.
The next AGSOD order will be made on the 30th January. Please
make sure you use the size guide on the notice board as AGSOD
uniform CANNOT be exchanged. All orders need to be paid for at
the time of order and written out on an envelope. I will no longer
be selling sneakers, apart from the few I have left in stock. If you
need help ordering sneakers I can give you advice on where to
purchase them from.
Exams - The January exam timetable is on the notice board. Please
check that your child’s name is spelt correctly and that he/she has
been entered for the correct exam. January exam fees are due on
or before the 28th January. If your child is taking an exam in March
you will receive a letter about this over the next few weeks and the
March timetable will be on the notice board on the 1st February.
Class Fees - This is a polite reminder that dance fees need to be
paid at the start of lessons on a weekly or half termly basis ONLY
and that full fees are due for any missed classes . Please note that if
a text reminder regarding fees is sent out more than once per half
term a late fee will be added to your fees. Please visit the website
to view the payment policy, where further details are available.
Competitions - I am still waiting for all the details regarding
competitions. At the moment competitions will probably be for
students who are interested in doing a solo, duet or trio. If you are

interested please let me know and as soon as I have all the
information I will pass this onto you.
Audacity Contemporary Youth Dance Company - 2016 sees the
launch of our first ever in house dance company. Thank you to
everyone who donated towards the nonuniform days and also the programmes at the
Christmas show as we have raised £115.38 so
far to help fund this project. There will be
future fundraising events if you wish to get
involved. Due to popular demand I am looking
into seeing if a ‘Mini Audacity’ company for 7-9yrs can run as well.
At the moment this is still something I am looking into and it is not
a definite, as soon as I have more information I will let you know.
