Motorcycle Sales Supervisor Summary Description Creating relationships with customers and selling our product. Support the sales manager in negotiating sales and closing deals on the showroom floor and assist with training and coaching sales people daily to ensure understanding of the sales process, following the process and properly maintaining relationships with our customers. Major Duties And Responsibilities 1. Sales Department Operations On the floor majority of the time greeting, talking to customers, developing relationships and selling On the floor assisting sales personnel with customer engagement Ensure sales personnel are well trained, coached, and available – ensure sales personnel is on the floor talking to customers Responsible for maintaining dealership goals for motorcycle sales gross and net profit Negotiate and close sales Ensure we maintain dealership budgeted closing percentage Call all appointments for sales associates and confirm with customers Review CRM system; ensure the accuracy of sales log; ensure daily minimums are met/exceeded; daily prospecting individual and as a team is required Assist sales manager with training and coaching sales people Keep sales team up to date on all connect data Assist with setting sales quota for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels Assist with sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used vehicles Be efficient with all phases of the computer system required for sales management Ensure compliance procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of paperwork Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Assist in training Sales Associates to use consistent and current sales methodologies Consistently monitor floor traffic and ensure sales staff are on the floor greeting Keep track of Appointments/ T.O’s and give to sales manager Conduct huddles in absence of Sales Manager / have input for Saturday sales meetings Assist Sales Manager in coordinating used swaps and dealer trades Daily one on ones with sales members, ensuring minimum standards are exceeded Update scoreboards from daily log sheets and connect Ensure the process is followed with 100% of our customers Monitor CSI performance and ensure we are meeting dealership goals for CSI Grow the sales business by meeting dealership goals & objectives Continually invest in enhancing your skills required for this position Qualifications & Job Requirements Previous sales experience, minimum of 2 years Sales closing experience, minimum of 2 years Prefer previous experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership Previous supervisory experience, minimum of 2 years preferred Must hold a Motorcycle endorsement This Is Where We Live Between Rides!
