Location: West Midlands Report to: Sales & Marketing Director The purpose of the role Deliver against profit, quality and volume targets by leading, developing and motivating a team of Sales Executives and coordinating activities and communications between sites, internal departments and external suppliers. Key activities: What you will do Lead and manage a team of remote Sales Executives to achieve targets in conjunction with one other regional Sales Manager. Recruit, select, develop and coach Sales Executives to the required standards Drive sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Director through Sales Executives Effectively plan new outlet sales office and showhome set ups in accordance with regional budgets, working with external interior design companies, landscapers, signage and furnishings contractors. Ensure that all sales outlets and showhomes conform to the company’s Health and Safety standards. This role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working. Previous industry experience within the sales function essential, previous managerial experience considered desirable.
