All student applications will be listed in your account. 5. Pay a deposit or provide proof of government sponsorship 6. Receive both letters of acceptance – CultureWorks and university/college 7. Undergraduate university/college letters of acceptance typically take 1-3 weeks to receive 8. Graduate letters of acceptance typically take 3-4 months to receive 9. Student applies for Visa. If Visa is refused student deposit is promptly returned minus $200.00 processing fee 10. Student arrives at CultureWorks – first step to success!!!
