Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Equity Trader. We welcome new trading associates who are trainable, dedicated and success-driven. We are only interested in selected candidates who have passion for proprietary trading and are ready to take on the challenge to work in fast-paced working environment. Our firm provides a top level one on one training, where within several weeks of trading in a disciplined manner on a demo account, you will be given the chance to become a trader. Upon completion of training, each trader will be immediately allocated a portion of the firm`s capital to begin their professional career.
Responsibilities :





Participation in daily training sessions
Constant monitoring of market movements
Ongoing research – compile and disseminate impactful market news to the team
Be able to track positions, to measure risk, to recap post-trade activities and spot opportunities

Requirements
Education and professional experience:
 Very good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)






Undergraduate degree or working towards a Bachelor or Master's degree (Degree in
Finance, Engineering, Math or Computer Science/Programming is preferable)
Background in corporate finance, financial analysis, risk management
Prior trading experience may be helpful
Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets and financial microstructure is a plus
