Objectives related to the IEEM program have prepared you to perform work requirements few years after your graduation. Assess each objective according to the scale: 5 = Extremely Important, 4 = Highly Important, 3 = Important, 2 = Somewhat Important, 1 = Not Important Objective 4 3 2 1 0 Graduates will be able to identify real industrial engineering and engineering management problems in production, quality, safety, supply chain, optimization, economic, management, manufacturing, service and information systems. Graduates will be able to formulate problems accurately, generate alternative solutions, evaluate those alternatives, and present the best solutions to clients or decision makers in a fashion that facilitates decision-making processes. Graduates will be able to implement effective solutions to real industrial problems by applying contemporary industrial engineering and management tools. Graduates will be able to assume leadership roles with strong communication skills and will be able to work competently and ethically alone and as team members. Recommendations: I suggest the following modifications to the objective(s) Alumni Survey IEEM Program Table 2 Importance of Program Learning Outcomes Based on your post graduation experience indicate how important the IEEM program’ stated learning outcomes to the knowledge, skills and competencisyou had attained during your studies which prepared you to perform well in your current job.
