of four while setting up satellite SMaRT-T systems, internal telecommunications over 6 mile radius and local
area network. I was responsible for training personnel on the use and operation of VTC systems. Provide
pre-conference testing and setup for video teleconferences and/or meetings. Troubleshoot Video
Teleconference network issues (Routers, Xtron Tandberg and Polycom systems). Utilize scheduling
software to ensure proper coordination of users, participants, schedulers and facilitators to ensure
uninterrupted and trouble-free transmission of conferences. Connect systems to Local Area Network (LAN)
or ISDN network. Support and assist multiple managers with daily communications tasks, including general
