There is only one thing that remains constant across technology
organizations—change. In an attempt to keep up with this fastpaced environment and deliver and integrate new software
quickly, many organizations are transitioning from traditional,
linear development to Agile methods. Agile practices bring
collaboration, feedback and continuous improvement to the
development cycle, resulting in more responsive and adaptive
organizations. Agile adoption, however, requires considerable
planning and change management to be successful.
