(2) CV & Certificates: CV of the candidates (incl. former milestones) and overview of
trainings and certificates
(3) Analysis of a Business Transformation project :
 1. Step: Describe the organization and the transformation (Slide 3)
 2. Step: Assess the transformation using BTM2 (Slide 4)
 3. Step: Evaluate the success of the transformation (Slide 5)
