Advanced Master in International Business (AMIB) is a one-year professional retraining program with
cross-cultural approach, dedicated to offering a practical business education that will equip students
with the knowledge and skills required for success in the international business environment. It provides
an excellent connection to the world of business and a solid foundation for an international
management career across a wide range of sectors, organizations and positions.
Target audience: graduates fluent in English and with postgraduate professional experience
Diploma: Advanced Master in International Business (Diploma of professional retraining in business
administration of the HSE)

There is an option of taking part in the double-degree program with Essec business school “MS
Strategy and management of International business”:
The enrollees may choose an option of studying 2 semesters in Moscow at the HSE or to take
part in the double-degree program with Essec business school “MS Strategy and management
of International business” and spend the second semester in Paris (Strategic track) or Singapore
(Doing business in Asia track) campus of Essec.
According to the annual ranking of The Financial Times Essec business school is #3 in Masters in
Management programs (2014).

World-wide internship (4-6 months)
The IIAB organises company visits (factories, offices, etc.), master-classes of top-management
and directors of the Expert and Supervisory board of the IIAB during the educational process in
order to combine both theory and practice
Business Council of the IIAB HSE
The International Institute of Administration and Business has established a Business Council to
implement a brand new double degree Advanced Master in International Business program, as
well as other programmes, trainings, and seminars in the interest and with the participation of
the business community.
Council’s Goals:
Companies evaluate the quality of IIAB’s programmes through the alumni, supply businesscases for the curriculum, can organize 3 to 6 months internships for AMIB students, supply
cases for company consultancy projects which are then discussed within an international team
of students under supervision of our leading faculty members from HSE, conduct masterclasses, can employ high-qualified managers able to work in an international dynamic crosscultural environment.

industrial sector: Alstom, Renault, PSA Peugeot Citroёn, Thales;
FMCG sector: Lactalis Vostok, A.Korkunov, Danone, L’Oréal;
fuel and energy sector: GDF Suez, Schneider Electric, Air Liquide, EDF, Total, Severstal;
legal and consulting companies: Gide Loyrette Nouel Vostok, CMS, E&Y, Dentons,;
banking: BNP Paribas, Sberbank CIB;
HR-agency TPA/AXIS.

Previous Bachelor or Master degree certificate(s)
All official academic transcripts obtains in a higher education institution, exchange

IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC test score report except for native speakers of English or students
who have earned a university degree fully taught in the English language (TOEFL 90 or

One year of professional experience
The selection is a 2 phase process
 A first selection is made based on evaluation of your application and supporting
documents
 The pre-selected candidates will be then invited for a personal or web-based interview
